Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a well-researched, evidence-based form of talk therapy that has been shown to be effective for a wide range of mental health concerns. CBT is typically structured and time-limited, focusing on helping individuals identify and understand patterns of negative or distorted thinking. By recognizing these unhelpful thought patterns, you can begin to challenge and reframe them, which in turn influences emotions and behaviors in a more positive and adaptive way.
EMDR Trauma Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an evidence-based approach that helps people heal from trauma by targeting unprocessed memories that drive negative thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. During sessions, clients focus on traumatic images, thoughts, and sensations while engaging in bilateral stimulation—often through guided eye movements—which supports the brain in reprocessing these experiences and reducing their emotional impact.
Somatic Breathwork
Somatic breathwork is a body-centered therapeutic practice that uses intentional breathing techniques to help release stored stress, trauma, and emotional tension. By focusing on the breath and the physical sensations that arise, clients can reconnect with their bodies, calm the nervous system, and access deeper emotional awareness. This guided process supports healing, grounding, and a greater sense of clarity and balance.
Insight Oriented Therapy
Insight-oriented therapy is a treatment approach focused on uncovering how past experiences and unresolved conflicts influence current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This approach involves exploring the client’s personal history to identify recurring patterns or themes that may be driving present difficulties. By increasing awareness of these underlying dynamics, clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and develop more adaptive ways of responding to life’s challenges.
IFS Therapy
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic approach that views the mind as made up of different “parts,” each carrying its own emotions, beliefs, and roles. In IFS, clients learn to recognize and understand their various parts, including those that hold pain, try to protect them, or react strongly under stress. Through guided exploration, clients connect with their core self, a calm and compassionate inner presence that can help heal wounded parts and restore balance.
Nervous System Regualtion
Nervous system regulation is a therapeutic approach that helps individuals understand and balance the body’s natural stress responses. Through grounding techniques, intentional breathing, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, clients learn to notice when their nervous system is activated, whether in fight, flight, or freeze, and develop strategies to return to a state of calm. Strengthening this ability enhances emotional resilience, supports overall well-being, and helps clients navigate stress more easily.
