Community Healing Group

In life, we often get stuck in routines and patterns that leave us feeling disconnected—from ourselves, our purpose, and the life we want to live. Despite our efforts, there can be a lingering sense of overwhelm, frustration, or feeling lost. Dr. Brené Brown calls this moment in our lives the “midlife unraveling”. It is “a time when you feel a desperate pull to live the life you want to live, not the one you are supposed to live.”

 

In this group, the focus is on helping you move out of your head and truly connect with your emotions—listening to your inner voice through your body. Together, we’ll explore gentle techniques designed to help you get unstuck, not by simply talking about what to do, but by actually practicing the tools in a supportive space.

 

Whether you’re carrying trauma, grief, navigating a breakup, or simply feeling stuck in life, this group is here to hold you with compassion and guide you toward real healing and connection. My goal is to help you bring the skills you’ve learned in therapy into your daily life, through raw, honest conversations and time to process, so you can move forward with greater ease and self-understanding.

 

Details

This healing group offers a safe and supportive space to connect with others who share similar experiences, allowing you to openly express your emotions and learn coping skills together. Sessions take place once a week for 90 minutes, offering plenty of time to learn, share, and actively practice new tools within a nurturing and supportive community.

What We Will Explore Together

Throughout this 6-week journey, we’ll explore a variety of evolving themes that meet you where you are and gently guide you toward deeper healing and self-discovery. Each week offers a new focus—designed to help you reconnect with your emotions, shift out of stuck patterns, and develop practical tools for real-life challenges. Themes may include feeling stuck in routine and learning how to shift from the head into the body, releasing emotional blocks, and meeting anxiety, grief, and other complex emotions with honesty and compassion.

Peer Support

Research shows that peer support is one of the most powerful ways to feel seen, heard, and reminded that you're not alone.

 

This 6-week healing group offers a supportive space to deepen the skills introduced in your therapy sessions—through real conversations, shared stories, and mutual support.

 

Together, we’ll also explore healing through expressive practices, such as breathwork, journaling, and somatic movement. Each session is designed to help you reconnect with yourself while being held in a compassionate community of others on a similar path.
